FLAT RATE $7.95 SHIPPING ON ALL OTHER ORDERS. Our standard shipping is through FedEx Ground (smaller packages through USPS) and takes approximately 3-7 business days within the Continental United States. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Once you place your order, it will enter the shipping dept. the same or next business day. Once it has entered the shipping department, we are unable to make any requested changes to your order, including cancellation. Therefore, please thoroughly check the information you have submitted.

Canellation: To cancel the order, please conatact us asap via email so that we can retrieve the order if it has not yet entered shipping.

Return/Refund: If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain authorization. This way we can be expecting it to arrive in our office and what it is regarding. Unless the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the shipping both ways. Certainly we conver shipping charges for damaged or defective items.

Exchanges: Please conatact our office regarding exchanges. If the item you are exchanging is not damaged or defective, you will likely need to send the item back for a refund and then place a new order for the item you are wanting instead.

Problems: Statistically we have a nearly 100% on-time delivery with Fedex and encounter rare damages. Even so, these unforseen occurances do happen with any shipping company. Therefore, please contact us via phone or email to inform us of any problem that may have incurred with your shipment. We will be glad to help you and correct any problems quickly. It is our goal that your shopping experience be a convenient and pleasant one.
